Wet hair, wet bar and massage in hands to create lather. Take lather and bar to the root of hair (if more lather is needed gently massage bar to roots). Move the lather towards the end of the hair. Rinse. For longer hair it is suggested to take bar and massage the root at the back of the neck to get the best overall cleansing. Place bar on trivet or wire rack in shower to dry. Cleansing with Shampoo Bars that are PH Balanced for your hair can decrease the need to wash as frequently. Many individuals can manage 2-4 days between washes(depends on other products used in their haircare routine). If your hair is damaged, dry and showing signs of split ends(excessive), routine trims are in order to restore the health of the hair shaft. No products can repair badly damaged hair, although some can mask the problem by "coating" the hair strand, the damage however inevitably will consume more of the hair as it deteriorates the strand from the bottom up. This leads to more tangling and typically loss of hair, meaning you need to regrow it from the point to breakage, which in turn is damaged, thus creating a cycle of unhealthy dry damaged strands.
